Celebrity Show Host 

Celebrity Host, Ricardo Fernandez landed his dream job of reporting and anchoring for the Los Angeles market, the number one market in Spanish television in 1997! His first year at KWHY Ch 22, he was quickly given the responsibilities of anchoring the 4:30pm 7:00pm and 10pm newscasts 5 days a week. Covering every single aspect of hard news as well as interviewing celebrities like Paulina Rubio, Emilio and Gloria Estefan, Luis de Alba, Jaguares, Ninel Conde, Beyonce, Priscilla and Lisa Marie Presley, Shakira to name a few,  Ricardo became one of the youngest news anchors in LA at the age of 27.  He continued his dream by anchoring the Ch 15 (Univision) 6pm and 11pm newscast Monday through Friday  in Las Vegas. In addition to being a successful entrepreneur, Ricardo is currently looking forward to joining the first syndicated Radio network in Spanish that will broadcast from Los Angeles.

 

CABARET SHOW FEATURED PERFORMERS

Musical Director, Pfelton Sutton attended Boston University School of Fine Arts majoring in music performance and composition. During summers, he studied jazz at the Berklee School of Music, then moved to San Francisco to pursue a career in jazz. After successfully recording his first jazz album In Pursuit (1998), he was asked to compose his first film score, Oregon (1999). He moved to New York where he began his career in composition for documentaries and films. At the end of 2001, and moving to Paris, he wrote and directed his first short film, Misconception (2003). After finishing this film, he moved to Los Angeles where he wrote and directed No Turning Back (2005) and The Driven in (2006) the third in a series of four ground-breaking shorts.

  

Latin Singer, Arturo Leyva is a true romantic, bohemian, and very passionate lover that with his music wows his audience into a melodic ecstasy.  He is influenced by Joaquin Sabina, Jose Alfredo Jimenez, and Alejandro Sanz.  With two albums and more then 20 songs recorded by other artists Arturo Leyva is starting to make his way on the Regional Mexican market and very competitive world in the Latin music industry.

Singer, Andrae Alexander is an accomplished musician, songwriter, producer, and performer. He has performed with or opened shows for Patti Labelle, Raheem DeVaughn, Jill Scott, Erykah Badu, The Roots, Chrissette Michelle, Lil’ Mo, Teedra Moses, Stori James, and others.  He has performed in the Off Broadway Show, “Enter Redemption” starring Maritri Garrette. Andrae has performed at the Blue Note (NY), The Cotton Club (Japan), B. B. King Blues Club(NY), The Kennedy Center, the National Mall, and Constitution Hall (DC).  He has been on shows, such as “The Ellen Show”, “The Jimmy Kimmel Show”, “The Jay Leno Show”, “B.E.T. Presents”, “The Today Show” and others.

  

Dancer, Janelle Dote is considered one of Hollywood's most talented triple threats.  Favorite theatre credits include: Jesus Christ Superstar (Soul Girl), The King & I(Eliza) Peter Pan (Tiger Lily) Paint Your Wagon (Geffen), Miss Saigon(Mimi, Ovation), Flower Drum Song, Sunset Blvd. (HWD Bowl).  Film/TV: Memoirs of a Geisha, The Raven, The Tomb, Everybody Hates Chris, The Young and the Restless, Fit TV's All Star Workouts, as well as many other independent films, workout videos, music videos, commercials and print ads.  She has an extensive dance resume covering everything from music videos (J-Lo, Blink 182, Mario), to live stage shows, the most recent being the Miss Universe Pageant, where she danced for Heidi Montag.  She choreographs for the 80's sensation Berlin feat.  Terri Nunn and artist Ari Gold, and dances and sings for many other artists and stage shows both nationally and internationally.

 

Dancer, Jerry Sher, currently choreographs for International pop artist Amadeus and for a Children’s after school program for at risk youth.  Jerry is also President of Klutch Entertainment (a dance entertainment company).  Dance has taken him to Las Vegas where he performed in a Frank Sinatra Revue show, New York where he danced as a Storm Trooper in The Producers movie and to Atlantic City.  Last year Jerry started ballroom dancing and fell in love with it.  He is also a physical therapist at a clinic that specializes in palates rehab.  His clients like it when he does the “Moonwalk” for them!

  

Comedian, Byron Bowers,Atlanta raised, grew up on that line between the middle class and the lower class, in a Black community and educated in a upper middle class white community which give him one the most diverse observations in the world. The obsession that makes Byron Bowers successful is his ability to connect with any audience.  He has a talent for coming across as a laid back and breezy performer, compelling because of his smooth delivery—he's a poised puncher. Byron Bower’s creativity and quick wit has marked him as one of the cleverest, temporarily making his own path as one of the most unstoppable comedians in this solar system.

 

Singer Tena Jones Hailing, sang with Stevie Wonder, appeared on 2Pac's "Letter to my unborn child,” opened for major acts such Sheryl Crow, Musiq Souldchild, Black Eyed Peas, Ozomatli, Wycleff John, James Brown, The Roots, and more.  Tena humbly waits to share her God-given gifts with the world.  4th Avenue Jones says: Tena is a double threat - she can sing and rap with conviction.  Her amazing energy that she brings to her live shows leaves you panting for more of her.  She is sensitive and caring, the definition of a true sister, with a strong and unselfish spirit.
